Milton must be the centre of the world. It 1965 I was on an otago Tramping Club protest march on the Milford track, which broke the THC monopoly. We tramped in from the Eglinton via hut Creek and walked the track. The owner of a shoe shop in Milton, Dick Stockdale was my tent mate. Wheels within wheels. Did you buy any shoes in Milton ?
